Things To Do
Manitoulin FUN!
Things to know and do for the day in each town!
-Lake Manitou is the largest Lake on Manitoulin. We are located on the North End known as Green Bay, Sheguiandah.
-The nearest restaurant is about 10 mins away in Sheguiandah. It is called Green Acres.
-Most businesses in smaller towns are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Make sure you check to make sure they are open before you go to avoid disappointment! We suggest having your ‘cottage days’ Mondays and Tuesdays.

- Starting off the day by fueling up at Sugar Bush Coffee House, then check out BareNaked Beauty next door. Next, head to Bridal Veil Falls (We recommend starting at the bottom near the marina, parking here, walking up to the falls then up the stairs, circling back to your car by taking the upper road on the way back, this will bring you to the boardwalk and circle back down to your car after going past most tourist attractions), hit up a food truck for lunch, find Wild Creations, and the BooBahLoo Candy store. Then head to the boardwalk, check out the cedar hedge maze, outdoor chess, KuKu Hut and of course, DO NOT miss the Chocolate Factory! Then head to the Museum’s and Art Gallery, you can also spend time at the beach and park here. The marina is a short trip down the road as well if you’d like an ice cream or to jump off of the pier! Once your day is complete, stop at the Mainstreet Cafe on the way back to grab a yummy dinner!
